Having a love for motorcycles and inherited mechanical ability, Kevin Blane began his dream of opening a small motorcycle shop in Clarksville, Tennessee in 1979. 

As his business grew and expanded, he relocated to Nashville, TN. Specializing in repair of Harley-Davidson^® motorcycles, offering a wide variety of parts, and options on high-performance, Blane had a reputation for performance motors.

Kevin’s accomplishments include:

• Drag Racing experience with HDRA, AMRA, IHRA/ Pro Star.
• Competing in classes: Pro Stock, Pro Gas, and Pro Street.

In 1990, Kevin invented (and patented) the single adjustable push rod designed for Harley-Davidson^® motorcycles without removal motor components.

In 1993 he invented the STA-BO I swing arm stabilizer for Harley-Davidson^® motorcycles, FXR, FLT. Most recently he developed the KB Rotor.

Today, with the growth of STA-BO sales, the business name has been changed to Innovations/STA-BO, LLC, which is located in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
